Intellectual property rights

Except for the copyright in these Terms and Conditions, DMC assert copyright and all other intellectual property rights within this website, unless otherwise stated. Except where stated to the contrary, all trade marks which appear in this website are the property of DMC or its official partners.

Purchase of goods

Placing any order via this website constitutes an offer to purchase for the specified price on the website. DMC may accept or reject the order at its discretion. DMC reserve the right to reject an order if the price specified on the website is incorrect due to a typographical or other error.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order of hardware, please contact us on +44 (0) 1745 535189 or email info@dmc-golf.com. Once DMC have accepted an order, cancellation is within DMC’s sole discretion.

Delivery

Delivery will be to the address specified at time of ordering. It is the customers obligation to provide the correct delivery address. Should the wrong delivery address be provided at point of purchase, DMC are not obliged to resend the purchased items to the new address, and any actions to recover may be passed onto the buyer.

All hardware is scheduled to be despatched within 7 working days of purchase. In the eventuality that this delivery performance can not be met, the client will be informed via email, and made aware of the expected delivery time for their products.

In the eventuality that a golf course not be available for immediate download, all software is scheduled to be despatched within 14 days of purchase. However, any delivery date DMC quote is not guaranteed, and DMC are not liable for any delay in delivery, howsoever caused.

Data accuracy

DMC can take no responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided within the a course image, nor can it be held responsible for any inaccuracies in relation to the course layout, due to the possibility of course amendments made after the photograph. This accuracy also takes into account the natural growth of the golf course after the photograph was taken.

Photograph of the golf course

DMC can not be held responsible for providing a golf course photograph which is out of date. Images are provided by our image partners, and demands for a golf course to be flown specifically for a customers request will be refused.

Update of the golf course

When a golf course is purchased for use on CaddyAid, it does not entitle the user to free updates of that course, the likes of which will from time to time be made available on the CaddyAid website.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellations

You may return any item which has been purchased, and receive your money back, provided that the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • Undamaged.
  • Returned to us within 10 days of delivery.
  • In a saleable condition.
  • Returned in its original packaging (including plastic bags) with all accessories.
  • All accessories remain within the packaging in original condition.

You must pay the cost of returning the goods, and DMC will refund the original purchase price, excluding delivery charges, following receipt of the returned item in accordance with the above.

Faulty goods

Except where requested by law, you must return all faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. DMC will then replace all goods free of charge.

Currency of transactions accepted

The currency of sale from the CaddyAid website is GB pounds sterling, and as such all payments must be made in £.

Export restrictions

There are no export restrictions in place for the CaddyAid products, however, for countries outside that of the UK, we are currently opening up a distribution network across Europe, and fully expect purchases outside that of the UK to take place within that country of origin when agreements are in place from the CaddyAid.com/country of origin website.
